Mountain Eagle International: Plans to establish a partnership enterprise with an investment of 2.977 billion yuan to introduce long-term investors including China Oriental Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Yan'e International announced that the company plans to contribute 2.977 billion yuan in equity of its subsidiaries to establish Wuhu Shengying Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, and introduce long-term investors China Oriental Asset Management Co., Ltd., CXJS Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Trust Capital Management Co., Ltd., and Zibo Hengtie Investment Partnership Enterprise by transferring part of the partnership interests of the partnership enterprise, with a total transfer amount not exceeding 0.7475 billion yuan. This transaction will introduce state-owned capital and insurance funds, which will benefit the development of integrated paper packaging business, enhance the company's sustainable development capabilities and core competitiveness.
