Reporters learned from the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology that in order to stimulate the vitality of the ice and snow economy, and promote the high-quality development of the ice and snow equipment industry in a targeted manner, Harbin has issued the "Special Plan for the Manufacture of Ice and Snow Equipment in Harbin". According to the plan, by 2030, Harbin will cultivate a group of ice and snow equipment companies with revenues exceeding one billion yuan and relatively high brand awareness; by 2035, it will build a global leading ice and snow equipment manufacturing industry base.
