Hefei Urban Construction: Jointly won the land use rights with ZHONGR house Hefei.

On the evening of July 31, Hefei Urban Construction announced that the company and its partner, China Real Estate Development Hefei Co., Ltd., jointly participated in the land use rights auction organized by the Hefei Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau on July 31. They successfully acquired the land parcel XZ202501 in Hefei's Xinzhai District through bidding. The parcel is located north of the North Second Ring Road and west of Luling Road in Xinzhai District, with an area of 130.72 acres. The land use rights have a term of 70 years and the planned use is for residential purposes, with a plot ratio of 1.3. The total amount of the land use rights auction is 980 million yuan, to be funded by the company and China Real Estate Development Hefei Co., Ltd.
