Dongbei Group announced that its controlling shareholder, Huizhi Partnership, pledged 60 million shares, accounting for 20.46% of its total holdings and 9.65% of the company's total share capital. The pledge started on July 29, 2025, and will last until the day the pledge is released. The pledgee is Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is to repay debts.
