In response, Wang Linjie said that from July 28 to 29, China and the US held economic and trade talks in Stockholm, Sweden, engaging in frank, in-depth, and constructive exchanges on issues of common concern such as the China-US economic and trade relationship and macroeconomic policies. At the same time, the business communities of China and the US are also actively interacting and exchanging. She further introduced that from July 28 to 30, at the invitation of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Craig Allen, Chairman of the National Committee on US-China Trade, led a delegation to visit China, with representatives including executives from well-known American multinational corporations such as Apple, Goldman Sachs, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. The delegation visited Beijing and met with various ministries, expressing their commitment to continue deepening their presence in China and taking concrete actions to promote the further development of economic and trade relations between the two countries.
