Business Times APP News, Hang Seng Bank (00011) announced that the bank has entered into an agreement (brokerage agreement) with Merrill Lynch International (an independent broker) on July 31, 2025. According to the agreement, the broker has been appointed to fully operate the 2025 share repurchase plan.
