Shenzhen: Zangkeng Heliport in Longhua will be put into operation by the end of 2026 to enhance the service support capabilities of eVTOL and other vertical take-off and landing aircraft.

The Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality has formulated a high-quality construction plan for low-altitude infrastructure in Shenzhen, which mentions the implementation of the "General Airport Layout Plan of Guangdong Province". By the end of 2026, the Longhua Zhangkeng Direct Helicopter Airport will be put into use, the relocation of the Nantou Helicopter Airport will be completed, and the service guarantee capability of helicopters and eVTOLs and other vertical take-off and landing aircraft will be enhanced. In line with the development trend of new general aviation aircraft, it is planned to build the Shenshan General Airport, striving for a stable location by the end of 2026, complementing the advantages of the Zhangkeng Direct Helicopter Airport, and consolidating the research and development manufacturing and full-scenario application foundation in the low-altitude field.
