It mentions that by the end of 2026, the world's first low-altitude intelligent integration system will be built, and the low-altitude communication, navigation, surveillance, and meteorological monitoring services support system will achieve full coverage. The industry-leading low-altitude computing platform will be put into use, and a modernized low-altitude governance system covering airspace delineation and traffic management, flight plan approval, and aircraft management services will be fully established. This will create a replicable and scalable one-stop solution that showcases the global brand effect of "Shenzhen Low Altitude."
