The Supreme People's Court releases typical cases of equal protection of the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises and entrepreneurs according to law.

In order to fully display the exemplary role of typical cases in demonstrating and leading, the Supreme People's Court today released 12 typical cases of people's courts legally protecting the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises and entrepreneurs equally, to enhance the confidence of the society and especially private economic individuals, and to guide people's courts at all levels to continuously optimize the legal environment for the healthy and high-quality development of private economy.
