The red and orange heavy rain warning signals in Shenzhen have been downgraded to yellow.

The rain has weakened. The Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory downgraded all red rainstorm warnings to yellow at 05:05 on July 31, 2025. They also downgraded all orange rainstorm warnings to yellow, except for Luohu District. Please continue to defend against possible local waterlogging, flash floods, and other disasters caused by heavy rain.
