Liu Jianchao visits Algeria

From July 28th to 30th, Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Liu Jianchao, led a Communist Party delegation to visit Algeria. They met with the Secretary General of the National Liberation Front Party, Mubarak, the Inspector General of the National Democratic Alliance, Chenouf, the Chairman of the Peace Society Movement, Sherif, the Chairman of the Youth Supreme Council and Minister of Youth of the Government, Hidawi, and the Director of the National Institute of Strategic Studies, Mujahid. They also visited the party office of the National Front Party in Tibazza province. Both sides expressed their commitment to implementing the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, strengthening political dialogue, deepening cooperation in various fields, enhancing inter-party exchanges, promoting mutual understanding and friendship, increasing bilateral and multilateral communication and coordination, promoting unity and cooperation among the countries of the "Global South," and jointly addressing global challenges.
