Zhixun Finance APP news, International Industry (000159.SZ) announced that on July 29, 2025, Mr. Feng Jianfang and Mr. Feng Xianzhao signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement". According to the agreement, Mr. Feng Jianfang transferred 100% of the equity of Xinjiang Rongneng Investment Development Co., Ltd. held by him to his brother Mr. Feng Xianzhao. After the transfer is completed, Mr. Feng Jianfang will no longer hold any equity in Xinjiang Rongneng, while Mr. Feng Xianzhao will hold 100% of the equity of Xinjiang Rongneng.
