Tianjin Emergency Management Bureau issued a safety reminder on the evening of July 30th: Currently, the water levels of Chaobai Xinhe, Qinglong Wanjian River, and Juo River in Tianjin are high, with swift currents and significant safety hazards. Residents are advised not to stay near the river channels, to refrain from fishing, playing, or engaging in any other prohibited activities along the river channels, to ensure personal safety.
