Kailong Group: Luo Shihua appointed as the company's chairman.

On July 30th, Kelon Corporation announced that the board of directors agreed to elect Luo Shihua as the chairman of the ninth board of directors for a term of three years, starting from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the ninth term. They also agreed to appoint Shao Feng as the general manager, Zhang Yong, Lu Weidong, and Liu Zhe as deputy general managers, Sun Jie as the secretary of the board of directors and the chief legal counsel, Han Xuejun as the chief engineer, Li Jiabing as the chief safety officer, Jiang Xuerui as the chief financial officer, Yu Ping as the securities affairs representative, and Zhu Yu as the head of the internal audit institution of the company.
