Yang Cheng, the actual controller of Hongxiang Corporation (300427.SZ), has been released on bail pending trial.

According to the announcement on the Securities Times APP, Hongxiang shares (300427.SZ) received a notice from its actual controller, Mr. Yang Cheng, that the Xiamen Public Security Bureau issued a "decision on release on bail pending trial" to him. According to relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law, it was decided to release him on bail pending trial, with the deadline starting from July 29, 2025.
