On July 30th, Liaoning Energy announced that the company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of 0.032 yuan per share based on the total number of shares before implementation, which was 1,322,017,394 shares. The total cash dividend distributed is 42,304,556.61 yuan. The record date for shareholders is August 6, 2025, and the ex-dividend date and the cash dividend payment date are both on August 7, 2025. This dividend plan was approved at the annual shareholders' meeting held on June 27, 2025.
