PetroChina Oilfield Service Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., has won the bid for the construction general contracting of the second, fourth, and fifth sections of the Changchun-Shijiazhuang natural gas pipeline project of China National Petroleum Corporation. The bid amount is 3.597 billion yuan, accounting for approximately 4.44% of the company's operating income in 2024 under Chinese accounting standards. The project involves a pipeline construction length of approximately 659 kilometers, including multiple stations, valve rooms, directional drilling, and crossing construction projects, with a duration of approximately 487 days. As of now, relevant parties have not officially signed the contract, and there are uncertainties in the project. Investors are advised to pay attention to investment risks.
