Typhoon Bamboo Joint Grass makes landfall again.

The center of the 8th typhoon of this year, "Zhu Jie Cao", made landfall again along the coast of Fengxian District, Shanghai around 16:40 on the 30th. Upon landfall, it weakened to a tropical storm level, with maximum wind force near the center reaching level 9 and the minimum central pressure of 978 hPa.
