Canaan: Controlling shareholder Ruichi Investment has pledged 15 million shares.

On July 30th, Jiufei Kaida announced that the company's shareholder Ruiqi Investment has released the pledge of 15 million shares, accounting for 32.02% of its holdings and 2.50% of the total share capital of the company. After the pledge release, Ruiqi Investment still holds 10 million pledged shares, accounting for 21.53% of its holdings and 1.67% of the total share capital of the company.
