On the evening of July 30th, Apex Group announced that its subsidiary, Apex North Carolina, recently received the "Chemical Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Market Approval Notice" from the National Medical Products Administration for the chemical active pharmaceutical ingredient fosfomycin. Fosfomycin is a new type of antibacterial drug developed by Cubist Pharmaceuticals.
