According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Guangzhou Tuobang Digital Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Mei Jingming as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: integrated services for artificial intelligence industry applications; sales of artificial intelligence hardware; sales of advanced power electronics devices, etc. Stock penetration of Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Tuobang Corporation.
