Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration issues a navigational warning, due to the tsunami caused by an earthquake in the far seas off the east coast of Kenchada, it is expected that there will be a water level rise of 0.3 to 1.0 meters in the waters of the Yangtze River Estuary and Hangzhou Bay from the afternoon to evening of the 30th, reminding all ships to be cautious.
