Henderson Land Development's half-year net profit attributable to shareholders was HK$1.587 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 9%.

Henderson Land Development announced its performance for the first half of 2025, with total revenue of 4.968 billion Hong Kong dollars, a 19% decrease from the same period last year. This was mainly due to a 87% decrease in property sales revenue to 161 million Hong Kong dollars. Shareholders' net profit fell by 9% to 1.587 billion Hong Kong dollars, mainly due to a decrease in rental operating surplus and an increase in financial expenses, resulting in a corresponding basic earnings per share decline to 0.33 Hong Kong dollars. The board of directors announced the distribution of a mid-year dividend for 2025, at 0.12 Hong Kong dollars per share.
