Alliance Consulting: There are variables in the trend of MLCC peak season in the second half of this year.
TrendForce Union Consulting stated that with the advance consumption of the industry and the gradual disappearance of stockpiling, there may be variables in the back-to-school consumption peak season in the third quarter of this year, and the demand for MLCC orders will be affected to some extent. In the second half of 2025, industrial demand will be significantly polarized. According to TrendForce Union Consulting survey, orders for ODMs of mid- to low-end consumer products such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets in the third quarter will remain stable or increase by only about 5%, indicating that the industry is not adopting the traditional peak season strategy, and orders are becoming more conservative. In addition, many companies have shipped early in the first half of the year in response to changes in the international situation, which has also overspent the traditional peak season demand in the second half of the year.
