On the 30th, it was learned from the Liaoning Province Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters that currently, the water level of the major rivers and lakes in Liaoning Province is stable. Due to rainfall, some small and medium-sized rivers in Liaoyang, Anshan, Yingkou, and Tieling have experienced significant water level rise processes. All reservoirs in the province are operating safely, and some reservoirs are adjusting and discharging water in an orderly manner according to the water situation in the upstream. According to the Liaoning Provincial Meteorological Bureau, from 8:00 on the 29th to 7:00 on the 30th, the average rainfall in Liaoning Province was 27.5 millimeters. The maximum hourly rainfall was 79.2 millimeters, which occurred in Shisi Village, Tanghe Town, Gongchangling District, Liaoyang City; the maximum accumulated rainfall was 228.7 millimeters, occurring in Shizui Village, Yingluo Town, Haicheng, Anshan City.
