According to the QCC APP, recently, Guizhou Jinchengxin Mining Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Zhiqiang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes: non-coal mining mineral resource development; construction engineering construction; engineering management services; engineering cost consulting services; and mining machinery sales. QCC equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Jinchengxin.
