Former Vice Governor of Gansu Province, Zhao Jinyun, suspected of bribery, was investigated and concluded by the National Supervision Commission and transferred to the procuratorate for examination and prosecution. Zhao Jinyun, suspected of insider trading, was investigated and concluded by the Lanzhou Public Security Bureau of Gansu Province, and as designated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Second Division of the Tianjin People's Procuratorate is responsible for the examination and prosecution. Recently, the Second Division of the Tianjin People's Procuratorate has brought a public prosecution to the Tianjin Second Intermediate People's Court after reviewing the cases together. During the stage of examination and prosecution, the procuratorial organs informed the defendant Zhao Jinyun of his litigation rights in accordance with the law, questioned the defendant, and listened to the opinions of the defense counsel. The procuratorial organs accused Zhao Jinyun and her husband Bao Donghong of taking advantage of their positions and powers to seek benefits for others, illegally accepting a particularly large amount of other people's property. Zhao Jinyun, as a person with insider information, purchased securities before the information that significantly affects the price of the securities was made public, which is a particularly serious offense. Therefore, Zhao Jinyun should be held criminally responsible for bribery and insider trading according to the law.
