China Tianrui Cement (01252.HK): The freeze order on Tianrui Group's shares has been immediately lifted.

Zhixun Finance and Economics APP, China Tianrui Cement (01252.HK) announced that the company has been informed by the controlling shareholder, Yuku, according to a civil judgment issued by the People's Court of Qianhai Cooperation Zone in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, the freeze order on Tianrui Group's share capital (held by Mr. Li and Ms. Li respectively with 70% and 30%, corresponding to RMB 1.4 billion and RMB 600 million) has been immediately lifted.
