CRC Fund, a subsidiary of China Communications Construction Company, has completed the registration and filing of private fund management.

On July 29, the Tonghao Venture Capital Fund Management Co., Ltd. successfully completed the registration and filing of private fund managers with the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association. The Tonghao Fund is 100% owned by Tonghao Group Capital Operation Co., Ltd., entrusted to manage funds initiated and established by China Tonghao, and specifically responsible for the standardized and professional operation management of the full process of fund raising, investment, management, and withdrawal.
