Guangfa Securities has issued a notice that Guangfa Securities Co., Ltd. has publicly issued short-term corporate bonds with a face value not exceeding RMB 30 billion, and has obtained the registration of the China Securities Regulatory Commission Document No. 818 of 2025. According to the "Announcement of Guangfa Securities Co., Ltd.'s Public Offering of Short-term Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors in 2025", Guangfa Securities Co., Ltd. plans to issue short-term corporate bonds to professional investors in 2025 with a face value not exceeding RMB 2 billion, a term of 211 days, a coupon rate of 1.64%, a bond face value of RMB 100, and the issue price will be determined through book-entry filing.
