The Zhitong Finance APP announced that Suborland (08106) has disclosed that on July 28, 2025, the purchase and sale of 193,316,930 domestic shares under the domestic shares purchase and sale agreement has been completed (accounting for approximately 38.16% of the total issued shares of Suborland as of the date of this joint announcement). According to the H-share purchase and sale agreement, the target H-shares were transferred through the bulk trading mechanism of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 29, 2025. Therefore, the completion of the H-share purchase and sale agreement will be settled according to the "T+2" settlement arrangement and completed on July 31, 2025. As of the date of this joint announcement, the offeror and the persons acting in concert collectively beneficially own a total of 193,316,930 domestic shares, accounting for approximately 38.16% of the total issued shares of Suborland.
