Zhtng Cijng APP News, Youlian International Education Leasing (01563.HK) announced that on July 29, 2025, the lessor (Youlian International Financial Leasing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.), a subsidiary of the company, intends to enter into a finance lease agreement with the lessee (Loudi Wujiang Industrial Co., Ltd.). According to this, the lessor agrees to purchase lease assets from the lessee for a consideration of RMB 50 million, and further agrees to lease the lease assets to the lessee for a term of 3 years. The total lease amount is approximately RMB 55.06 million, which includes the principal amount and lease interest.
