The China Securities APP reported that Li Bao (00226.HK) announced that the relevant documents regarding the proposed reduction of share capital were submitted to the Registrar on July 29, 2025 and officially registered. Therefore, all conditions for the proposed reduction of share capital have been met, and in accordance with Article 215 of the company regulations, the proposed reduction of share capital took effect on July 29, 2025.
