China Petroleum starts supplying ultra low sulfur heavy fuel oil

According to information from China Oil, on July 24th, China Petroleum Fuels Oil Company refueled 875 tons of ultra-low sulfur heavy marine fuel for the vessel "COSCO PRIDE" at the Yangshan Port in Shanghai. This fuel is produced by North China Petrochemical Company. This marks China Petroleum's completion of the entire industry chain, becoming the only supplier of ultra-low sulfur heavy marine fuel in major ports in the Asia-Pacific region. This product reduces sulfur emissions by 80% compared to traditional low-sulfur marine fuel, and will continue to be promoted in ports such as Ningbo, Tianjin, and Shenzhen.
