Hunan Tianyan (600698.SH) indirect controlling shareholder will be changed to China Chang'an Automobile

Wisdom Financial News APP, Hunan Tianyan (600698.SH) announced that recently, the company received a notification that the registration procedures for the separation of China North Industries Group into China North Industries Group (existing company) and Changan Automobile of China (newly established company) have been completed. On July 27, 2025, China North Industries Group signed the "China North Industries Group Co., Ltd. Separation Agreement" with Changan Automobile of China. According to the separation agreement, the 100% equity held by China North Industries Group in Chenzhi Group will be separated to Changan Automobile of China, and this separation does not involve any payment of consideration.
