On the 29th, the Meteorological Bureau of Liaoning Province issued a blue warning for strong convective weather. It is expected that from early morning to night on the 29th, cities including Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Jinzhou, Yingkou, Fuxin, Liaoyang, Tieling, Chaoyang, Panjin, Huludao, and Shenyang and Fushun demonstration areas will experience moderate to heavy rain, with some areas seeing heavy rain and isolated areas experiencing severe rainstorm. The above-mentioned areas will experience short periods of heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, strong winds, and hail in the form of strong convective weather, with hourly rainfall of 40 to 80 millimeters and maximum wind speeds of 8 to 10 on the Beaufort scale during thunderstorms. In addition, the Department of Natural Resources of Liaoning Province and the Meteorological Bureau of Liaoning Province jointly issued a geological disaster weather risk warning information, which shows that from 5 am on July 29 to 8 pm on July 29, some areas in Fushun, Benxi, Jinzhou, Tieling, Huludao, and other areas have a level three geological disaster weather risk warning, indicating a higher risk of geological disasters due to meteorological factors.
