Partial trains of the Beijing-Harbin High-Speed Railway have adopted temporary suspension measures.
According to China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd., due to continuous heavy rainfall, in order to ensure the safety of passenger transportation, the railway department has actively taken emergency measures and temporarily suspended some trains on the Beijing-Harbin high-speed railway on July 29th. The railway department reminds passengers to pay attention to information on the China Railway 12306 website or station announcements and make arrangements for their travels. Passengers who have purchased tickets for the suspended trains can apply for a refund within 30 days from the date of departure at the starting station through the 12306 website or at the ticket office, and no refund fee will be charged due to the train suspension.
