Following the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Morgan Stanley and the Hungarian government have recently successfully issued panda bonds in the China Interbank Market. The latest data released by the China Interbank Market Dealers Association on July 28th shows that the total amount of panda bonds issued in the interbank market this year is 111.2 billion yuan. It is worth noting that in recent years, with the continuous improvement of institutional arrangements, the use of funds has become more flexible and convenient, and the depth and breadth of the panda bond market continue to expand. In 2018 and 2022, the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Overseas Institution Bond Issuance in the National Interbank Bond Market" and the "Notice on Matters Concerning the Management of Funds Raised by Overseas Institutions for Domestic Bond Issuance" were successively issued, providing a stable institutional environment for the development of panda bonds and promoting the continuous expansion of the issuer's team in the panda bond market.
