Xiling Power Announcement: The wholly-owned subsidiary Power Components plans to use its own funds to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary Xiling New Energy by 172 million RMB and acquire a minority stake in it. After the capital increase, Power Components will hold 89.04% of the total investment in Xiling New Energy. At the same time, Power Components will acquire 868.31 million RMB of the total investment of 101 million RMB in Xiling New Energy, accounting for 3.21% of the total registered capital after the capital increase. The total transaction amount is 184 million RMB, with a related party transaction amount of 178 million RMB. This transaction still needs to be submitted for approval at the shareholder meeting.
