Before traveling, timely obtain local heavy rainfall, flash flood warnings, choose routes with higher terrain, away from streams and river channels, avoid flooded roads and bridges, and never wade through water blindly! 2. Strengthen comprehensive inspections and management of road sections prone to water accumulation, collapses, and flooding.
