The Wise Finance and Economics App announced that OneConnect Financial Technology Co., Ltd. (02522.HK) has issued a notice stating that the board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposed full circulation of 104 million shares held by certain shareholders (accounting for approximately 28.46% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement) that are not listed on the stock exchange.
