Softland Power announced that, based on the inquiry subscription situation on July 28, 2025, the preliminary determined transfer price for this inquiry is 45.27 yuan per share. This inquiry transfer is a non-public transfer and will not be conducted through centralized bidding trading. The transferee shall not transfer the shares acquired through the inquiry transfer within 6 months of the acquisition. In addition, after consultation between the transferor and the appointed securities firm, it was unanimously decided to initiate an additional subscription program, with the deadline for additional subscription not later than August 8, 2025.
