Xuefeng Technology: Plans to acquire 51% equity of Shengshi Putian for 154 million yuan.

Snow Peak Technology announced that the company plans to acquire 51% of the equity of Shengshi Putian held by Hongda Engineering for 154 million yuan through non-public agreement transfer using its own funds. After the completion of this transaction, Shengshi Putian will become a subsidiary of the company.
