Announcement of Kaile Group: The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Lu Xiaobo, and his concerted action person, as well as directors Yu Qingfan, plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 2.6958 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from August 19, 2025, to November 18, 2025, accounting for 3% of the total share capital excluding repurchased shares. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 0.8986 million shares, accounting for 1%; the reduction through block trading will not exceed 1.7972 million shares, accounting for 2%; the reduction ratios in this round will not exceed 25% of their respective total holdings.
