ENN Energy Holdings Limited (02577.HK) has completed the issuance of a total of 13.584 million new H shares.

The Zhixun Finance APP reported that ENNOSAI (02577.HK) announced that all conditions under the placing agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on July 28, 2025. A total of 13.584 million new H shares (approximately 2.69% and approximately 1.52% of the H shares issued and the total number of issued shares after the issuance and distribution of shares following the completion of the placement) were successfully placed at a price of HK$40.50 per share to no less than six underwriters in accordance with the terms of the placing agreement and within its conditions and limitations.
