Ropsten announced on the evening of July 28 that the company plans to use its own cash of 8.8228 million RMB to acquire 38.38% equity of Wuhan Senfurui Technology Co., Ltd. through capital increase and share expansion. After the capital increase is completed, the company will become a shareholder of Senfurui. Senfurui is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, production, and sales of industrial non-destructive testing equipment. Its main products include magnetic particle flaw detectors, manual scanners, etc., which are widely used in fields such as electric power, new energy vehicles, special equipment, construction, and bridges.
