Zhao Huaigang, Deputy General Manager of the CNOOC Materials Procurement Center, is under investigation.

According to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervision Commission stationed at China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Zhao Huaigang, a member of the Party Committee and Vice General Manager of CNOOC Materials and Equipment Procurement Center, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervision Commission stationed at CNOOC, as well as investigation by the Supervision Commission of Xinyang City, Henan Province.
