Tianjin issues a blue flood warning, water levels in some river sections continue to rise.

On July 28, Tianjin Hydrological and Water Resources Management Center issued a blue flood warning: due to the discharge of the upper reaches of Chaobai River, Juping River, Qinglongwan River and Leting River, and the drainage on both banks, the water level of the section above Huangbai Bridge on Chaobai Xinhe River continues to rise. It is expected to exceed the blue flood warning standard at 16:00 on July 30. In accordance with the "Tianjin Flood Warning Release Management Measures," Tianjin Hydrological and Water Resources Management Center issued a blue flood warning for Chaobai Xinhe River at 13:00 on July 28, 2025. Relevant units are requested to initiate corresponding responses in a timely manner in accordance with the related plans for flood and drought disaster prevention. The public is also advised to take precautions and ensure their own safety.
