The Supreme People's Procuratorate and others have released typical cases to deepen guidance on family education for juvenile offenders.

On July 28, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Office of the State Council's Working Committee on Women and Children, the All-China Women's Federation, and the China Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth jointly released the fourth batch of typical cases for comprehensive family education guidance in handling cases involving minors, promoting further deepening of family education guidance for minors in various regions, and promoting the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency. This batch of cases presents three characteristics: firstly, focusing on guardianship education for juvenile offenders. Secondly, highlighting the quality and efficiency of case handling. Thirdly, emphasizing the promotion of innovative experiences. The person in charge of the Supreme People's Procuratorate's Juvenile Prosecution Department stated that the reversal of family guardianship issues is not something that can be achieved overnight. As the litigation process progresses, a case will enter different departments and stages. The procuratorial organs will continue to strengthen cooperation with other judicial organs to better ensure the stability and long-term effectiveness of family education guidance work.
