China Fortune Financial News App reported that, Joy Media (01003.HK) announced that Mr. Dong Ping has resigned as an executive director of the company due to personal arrangements, and will no longer serve as chairman of the company and director of any subsidiary companies, nor will he be a member of the Nomination Committee or Remuneration Committee. Ms. Hu Hui has been appointed as an executive director of the company, a member of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from July 27, 2025.
